Privacy Policy

In short. We collect what you type into our forms and the technical details needed to run the site, we share it only with the service providers that deliver the product, and we do not sell it. Questions go to projects@inspectionsplus.com.

1. What we collect

Project intake. When you submit the intake form at /intake (or a partner site embeds it), we collect the contact details you enter (name, company, email, phone), the site address and parcel details, project dates, acreage and permit information, and any plans, drawings or photos you upload. Uploaded files are stored privately and are readable only by our staff and by the automated extraction that fills in your project record.

Site analysis. When you look up an address through the public site analysis tool, we record the address or coordinates you searched, the results returned, and a hashed form of your network address used only to enforce lookup limits.

Project tracking. Tracking pages are opened with a private link. We log when a tracking link is opened so we know the status update reached you. We do not place advertising trackers on these pages.

Access requests and team accounts. If you request access or accept a team invitation, we keep the name, email, company and role you provide together with sign-in records for that account.

Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (network address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to keep the service running and secure.

2. How we use it

• to prepare, file, inspect and report on the stormwater compliance work you asked for;
• to send you the emails and text messages that work requires (estimates, tracking links, inspection notices, invitations);
• to route your request to the right person on our team;
• to protect the service from abuse and to meet our legal and record-keeping duties.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Service providers (processors)

The following providers process data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy terms, and only to deliver the functions listed:

• Supabase — database, file storage and account sign-in.
• Vercel — web hosting, request logs and scheduled jobs.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Twilio — text-message delivery and opt-out handling.
• Teable — an internal triage mirror of intake and access-request submissions.
• Jobber — our field-service system of record for customers, jobs, visits and invoices.

Some project documents are drafted with the help of artificial-intelligence providers. Only the project details needed to draft the document are sent, and outputs are reviewed by a person before use.

4. Partner sites

Active Parcel powers the intake and site-analysis tools on inspectionsplus.com and the consultant platform at swppphub.com. When you use one of those tools inside a partner page, the form is served by Active Parceland this policy applies to what you submit; the partner site's own policy applies to everything else on that page. Consultants who buy a SWPPP Hub plan may have an Active Parcel workspace created for them, in which case the account email and organisation name are shared between the two systems.

5. Retention

Project records, permits and inspection reports are retained for as long as the permit and our regulatory record-keeping duties require, which can be several years after a site is closed. Site-analysis lookups and request logs are kept for a limited period for security and abuse prevention. You may ask us to delete an account or a submission that is not tied to an active permit obligation.

6. Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further texts.
• Email us to correct or delete your contact details, or to ask what we hold about you.
• You can use the guides on this site without giving us any information at all.

7. Children

Active Parcel is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes take effect when posted with an updated “Last updated” date.
